Data backup is of course as important, or maybe even more important, to photographers as it is to anyone else using a computer in their business or their personal lives. Especially when we are now dealing with very large quantities of data every time we upload even a single days worth of photography or video, to our computers.

Therefore Newer Technology is now of including a fully licensed copy of Prosoft Data Backup software with every one of their miniStack series of external hard disk drives. The miniStack drives are available in sizes ranging from 0 (you put in your own drive) to 750 gigabyte (and we have to assume very soon the new terabyte drives from Toshiba (reviewed a few days previous).
