NewerTech announced the immediate availability of the 1.6GHz MAXPower G4 7447 single processor upgrade on Thursday. The processor upgrade is compatible with the Power Macintosh G4 AGP Graphics (Sawtooth) 100MHz Bus, Gigabit Ethernet 100MHz Bus, Digital Audio 133MHz Bus, Quick Silver 133MHz Bus, and Quick Silver 2002 133MHz models.The 1.6GHz MAXPower G4 7447 is priced at US$249.
