Newer Technology has announced the availability of “Quad Interface” SATA I/II Hard Drive Docking Station known as the NewerTech Voyager.voyager-235x300 Newer Technology launched Quad Interface SATA HDD Docking Station

Its measurement is 5.28 x 3.70 x 2.68-inches and weight is 1.35lbs. The docking station offers hot-swap functionality to deliver fast access of multiple drives while the computer is in use. The peripheral can work effectively on four interfaces, namely USB 2.0, FireWire 400, eSATA and FireWire 800

It has 2.5″ or 3.5″ Serial ATA (SATA) I/II hard drive up to 2.0TB into the Voyager’s compact docking base, eliminating the need of installation and configuration. It shows compatibility with the PC/Mac and offers read/write data speeds of up to 3.0 Gbps.

When the process of transferring data is completed, the included push button allows users to discharge the drive safely. The same button also enables users to insert t the drive onto the docking station. It comes equipped with 2 color status LED to indicate the disk activity. The RoHS compliant Voyager ensures whisper quiet operation.

NewerTech Voyager HDD docking station is available at the cost price of Rs. 4,995 and has one year warranty.
