OWC, NewerTech offer new Pismo replacement battery

Other World Computing (OWC) and Newer Technology (NewerTech) have introduced the NuPower 81 Watt-Hour replacement battery for Pismo G3 and Lombard G3 PowerBooks. It provides up to 56 percent more run time capacity than Apple factory-shipped batteries, according to NewerTech President Larry O’Connor.
The battery retails for US$169.95 and come with a one-year warranty. A 78 watt-hour model is available for $159.95.
