OWC and Newer Systems Technology Strike Distribution Agreement

WOODSTOCK, Ill. - May 28, 2002 - Other World Computing (OWC), a leading provider of products and services for the Macintosh marketplace, today announced that it has been named as the exclusive worldwide distributor of all Newer Systems Technology, Inc. (d.b.a. Newer Technology, Inc.) products. All sales and distribution of Newer Technology's products will be handled from OWC's Woodstock facility.
